I believe Jang Keun suk is a natural handsome boy. He did not go under any surgeries at all so dont assume he did. His face may be a bit different but it can be due to his health , meaning he smokes and drinks (he does) and it can change his features….

First time i watch Jang Geun-Suk in You’re Beautiful, i think this guy a bit not natural of his face… then i notice it was his nose… Asia people mostly had same nose, once look on it u will find the different. However, i still like him and idol him. i will on trip to korean soon.. hopefully can see and buy some of his things..
