i think his face changed because he aged and it’s only natural. for looking much better after adding number to your age is something to be proud of. his nose is still the same. he would be too perfect anyway if he would have a better looking nose.:0

I dont think he had a plastic surgery.. He’s aging and everybody is aging too.. In my opinion in You’re Beautiful Geun Suk had a lot of make up on him so thats why he looks super cute becoz he’s an A.N.JELL.. and in Beethoven Virus i dont think he put lots of make up..it looks natural..it just natural when actors play the roles, sometimes they put lots of makeup to cover this and that.. and sometimes they just want the natural look.. Thats what Geun Suk oppa tried to do.. ^^

No he did not go through surgery, it’s just from weight loss to star in some of the films and movies he’s been in. The loss of weight still causes his facial appearances to seen a bit different. He even said so himself in an interview.

i dont think that Jang Geun Suk done any surgery on his face , if you can see in ‘YOURE BEAUTIFUL’ his body is thinner compare to ‘ BEETHOVEN VIRUS’ …actually at my first impression to this guy ,his nose through a surgery but if you can see in his pictures when he was young you can’t see any changes compare to present,…. for me he had best of both worlds’.he has perfect image and hes also talented…even if he through a surgery nothings gonna change… im still an avid fan of him…:)

haha it’s pretty obvious he got plastic surgery. His nose is pretty different. And his eyes, if you compare the tear duct area with before there’s definitely been a change.
He is a very talented actor though so who really cares?
