2PM made their first visit to China for “Feel Korea in Shanghai: K-Pop night” concert on 25th. They had a very generous welcome there, from thousand of fans waiting for them at their arrival and number of vans and taxis following them to their way to the concert.

Members of 2PM were asked what “1:59PM” (title of their 1st regular album) meant before the concert had started. They responded, “that means we are waiting for Jae-Bum and therefore we cannot be complete and cannot become 2:00PM.” The interviewer asked, “Does it mean that 2PM at current state is incomplete?” 2PM answered, “Yes. The idea came out while we were having a conversation with JYP.”

When they were asked what they had felt regarding the word “Beast-dol” (Beast-idol) that is often used to describe the group 2PM, member Taek-Yeon responded, “Generally, the word ‘beast’ used to describe men has negative connotation. However, since fans have created the word from visualizations of our performances, I am satisfied.”

They were delighted with how they were welcomed by fans in China. They have to leave right after the concert but they confirmed that they will be coming to China as opening guest for Wonder Girl’s concert in China on December 1st.

Regarding the controversial performance with Ivy in MAMA (details), Nickkhun stated, “I was bit shy when I was performing with Ivy. However, I feel sorry to Ivy. Performance is just a performance and therefore please try not to look at it from different prospective.”
