SM Entertainment’s final words to three DBSK members: come back in 10 days

SM Entertainment has finally has let its sword loose from the case and is ready to swing….
In a press conferenece, SM Entertainment had asked three members of DBSK (a.k.a TVXQ, tohoshinki) who had filed for contract validation lawsuit to decide whether they will to come back to become part of DBSK again by November 12th.
SM Entertainment believed that the disharmony began when the three members had invested on a cosmetic business without SM’s consent. SM Entertainment argued that they let three members act on their own until the court decision was made but they didn’t approve that those activities were part of DBSK’s. If they wish to be part of DBSK’s activities, then they are required to follow their contract, which means that the money will be divided according to the contract.
SM Entertainment also discussed the terms of the contract. “All major points of the contract has been conveyed to the members and their parents at the time of signing. All agreed that the initial contract was 10 years long plus 3 optional years.”
SM continued, “We are expecting DBSK to come back in Korea next year. To accomplish this, we will need their answer by 12th.”
It was interesting to see that two other members of DBSK, U-Know and Best, have seemed to support SM Entertainment’s stance publicly. During the press conference, SM Entertainment released written documents by U-Know and Best that supports their ideas.
On the other side, three other members (Xiah, Hero, Micky) have emphasized the fact that they no longer have any ownership in the cosmetic business. They said, “Cosmetic business was a factor (in this issue). But after SM Entertainment made seem as the most important factor, we had given up all our ownership. The most important factor in this argument is the unfair contract and we are mostly concerned whether to continue or not to continue DBSK as we know it now.”
The members continued, “We genuinely feel sorry that our fans will be hurt the most from this stand off. If we decide to counter, this could last forever hurt our fans even more. We will decide on our next moves after we discuss it with our lawyers.”
