On June 30th, Korea’s legal court declared Lee Byung-Hun not guilty of defamation charge brought by Kang Byung-Kyu that started with implications with Kwon Mi-Yeon. The court stated, “Kang Byung-Kyu claimed that Lee Byung-Hun defamed him through a news reporter but he is not identifying who the news reporter is. Lee Byung-Hun is also denying any act of defaming Kang Byung-Kyu. Since we couldn’t find any evidence of defamation, we have decided to close the case.”
