Well, the worse fear of TVXQ fans became true. TVXQ’s management company for activities in Japan Avex has announced that TVXQ will cease its activities as TVXQ in Japan. The annoucement on April 3rd from its homepage stated, “…TVXQ will cease its activities under TVXQ name but we will support individual member’s activities to the fullest.
TVXQ had ceased its activities as a group since last July in Korea. However, they had continued their group activities in Japan, appearing in many TV shows and concerts of other Avex artists. Nonetheless, after their appearance in December 31st NHK Red & Blue Battle, they have stopped appearing as a whole in Japan. They had released a single and a best album since, but without any appearance in TV.

TVXQ Hero Jae-Joong is appearing in a Japanese drama titled “Not being honest” as below average corporate salary man. Doesn’t he look great with that suit and light purple tie?

Here are more photos of Lee Yeon-Hee and TVXQ Best Chang-Min from new drama Paradise Ranch. Don’t they make a cute couple?

Contrary to some top Korean entertainers (i.e. TVXQ Xiah Joon-Soo) who cares less about what they wear in an airport, G-Dragon is always up to high fashion standards on his airport visits. In most of these photos, G-Dragon seems to be very tired and even has a mask on his face but nevertheless always holds his poise and looks so…. cool.

In Japan, new drama called “Cannot be honest” will start to air from late April. TVXQ member Hero Jae-Joong will act as one of the five main characters of the drama who meets over tweeter. They all get to know each other and some falls in love. Teaser photo of the drama has been released, which is shown in below. Regarding Jae-Joong, the producers commented, “He was a little nervous because it was the first filming of the drama, but soon became a mood maker and told many jokes to other cast members.”
Meanwhile, Hero Jae-Joong was voted #1 as the man who is most beautiful and more beautiful than a woman by Japanese website Konest, earning 39.3%. SS501 Kim Hyun-Joong was placed in second place winning 30.3% of the votes. The two Korean singers captured 70% of the votes in a survey conducted in a Japanese entertainment website and the result surprised everyone.
